Set up,or foul play?

In the book,The Westing Game,by Ellen Raskin, a small group of new tenants in a new apartment building encounter some awkward things. Several of the children and the door keeper give the youngest child $2 each for every minute she stays in. When she enters, she finds millionaire Sam westing us found dead. The next day, all the tenants are called to the reading of his will. Then the race is on to find the murder. If you want to know who it is, and who gets the money, read the book.
